NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a critical coenzyme found in every cell in your body, and it’s involved in hundreds of metabolic processes — but NAD+ levels decline with age. NAD+ has two general sets of reactions in the human body: Helping turn nutrients into cellular energy as a key player in metabolism and working as a helper molecule for proteins that regulate other cellular functions. These processes are incredibly important.

What is Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) and why is it important?

This form of Vitamin B could be the key to increasing NAD+ levels — here’s why. Nicotinamide riboside is often called NR for short, and it’s a precursor to NAD+, meaning it's the raw material from which your body makes NAD+ through a series of chemical transformations. What is Pterostilbene and why is it important?
